Revitalize Your Skin Naturally with PRP Therapy
What is PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)?
Platelet-Rich Plasma, commonly known as PRP, is a treatment that uses the natural growth factors in your own blood to stimulate healing, regeneration, and tissue rejuvenation. During a PRP treatment, a small amount of your blood is drawn and then placed in a centrifuge to separate the plasma, which is rich in platelets and growth factors. This PRP is then injected into specific areas to promote collagen production, improve texture, and encourage new cell growth.
Where can PRP be injected?
- *Face (Vampire Facial):PRP is commonly used in facial rejuvenation to improve skin texture, tone, and elasticity. It can help reduce fine lines, acne scars, and pigmentation, giving a more youthful appearance.
- Scalp (Hair Restoration)PRP is injected into the scalp to stimulate dormant hair follicles, improve hair density, and promote hair growth, particularly in cases of hair thinning or androgenic alopecia.
- Neck and Décolletage:PRP can help improve the skin quality in these areas, reducing crepiness and fine lines, and enhancing overall skin elasticity.
- Hands:PRP can be used to rejuvenate the hands by improving skin texture and reducing the appearance of fine lines and volume loss.
- **Joint and Tendon Healing:** PRP is also used in orthopedic treatments to help heal damaged tendons, ligaments, and joints by stimulating tissue repair.
- Under eyes to treat dark circles

What to do
Post-Care Instructions for PRP Treatment:
To prepare for your PRP treatment, follow these guidelines:
- For at least 5-7 days before your treatment, avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E, and other blood-thinning supplements to reduce the risk of bruising.
- Refrain from alcohol and caffeine 24 hours before your appointment
- Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your treatment, as hydration improves the quality of your plasma.
- Stop using retinoids, exfoliating acids, and other harsh skin treatments at least 3 days prior to treatment to minimize skin sensitivity.
- On the day of your treatment, come with a clean, makeup-free face if you’re receiving PRP injections on the face.
6. Let us know if you have any recent illnesses, skin infections, or medical conditions that may affect your suitability for PRP
- Refrain from touching, rubbing, or massaging the area for at least 24 hours to allow the PRP to fully absorb.
- Avoid makeup and harsh skincare products, including retinoids and exfoliants, for 24-48 hours to minimize irritation.
- Cleanse with a gentle, hydrating cleanser and use only soothing, hydrating products. Avoid any active ingredients for at least 3-5 days.
- Drink plenty of water to keep your skin and body hydrated, as this supports the healing process.
- Protect your skin from direct sunlight for at least a week post-treatment, as your skin may be more sensitive. Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen if you need to go outside.
- Avoid saunas, hot showers, steam rooms, and intense exercise that causes sweating for 48 hours, as heat can cause irritation and swelling.
- Redness, swelling, or mild bruising at the injection sites is normal and should subside within a few days. You can apply a cool compress to ease any discomfort.
- If mild bruising appears, avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements for a few days to help it heal more quickly.
- Hold off on facials, chemical peels, or laser treatments until your skin has fully healed, typically within 1-2 weeks.
- PRP treatments stimulate gradual healing and rejuvenation, so full results may take several weeks/months to appear, with continued improvements over the following months.
